Aryeh B. Bourkoff
Chairman
Mr. Bourkoff has served as a non-executive director of the company since the formation of Ocelot (the vehicle that acquired Ocean) in March 2017, in which LionTree was a founder. Mr. Bourkoff is the Founder and CEO of LionTree LLC, an international investment and merchant banking firm, with a focus on technology, media, telecom and the creative digital economy. Since 2012, under Mr. Bourkoff’s leadership, LionTree, which has offices in New York, London, San Francisco and Paris, has advised clients on over $500 billion of transactions by enterprise value.
Prior to launching LionTree, Aryeh served as Vice Chairman and Head of Americas Investment Banking at UBS and on the UBS Investment Banking Executive Committee. During his 13-year tenure at UBS, Aryeh held a number of senior positions including Joint Global Head of Telecom, Media and Technology Investment Banking; and Head of the Media and Communications Research Group.
Aryeh is also the Founder of Kindred Media, a media and podcasting business powered by LionTree. He serves on the board of Carnegie Hall, the Royal Academy of Arts, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Additionally, Mr. Bourkoff is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Paley Center for Media, the New York Philanthropic Advisory Board of UNICEF, and is Co-Chair of the University of California San Diego Campaign Cabinet.

Tim Bleakley
Chief Executive Officer
Tim has been Chief Executive Officer of Ocean since 2010. He specialises in media brand building and turnarounds, leading businesses and working with a talented management team through a float, private equity, consolidation and exit. He has steered Ocean through three phases of private equity investment and a full LSE listing via its investment partner, Ocelot. Ocean relisted on the LSE in January 2019 and has since expanded into Europe via multiple acquisitions in the Netherlands and Scandinavia. Tim has previously held leadership roles in some of the highest profile media businesses in the UK including ITV, talkSPORT, Emap Advertising (now Bauer), CBS and Viacom Outdoor.
He was the recipient of the International Leadership Award at the 2019 World OOH Congress.

Stephen Joseph
COO and CFO
Stephen has been with Ocean since it began its digital out of home journey in 2009. He has helped grow the business from a venture capital backed enterprise that was loss making, selling it to mid-cap and then large cap private equity investors before putting the company on the public markets in January 2019. Stephen has led Ocean with Tim Bleakley, completing eight acquisitions and now operating across seven countries.
Stephen is involved in all aspects of the business which includes M&A, investor relations, key commercial arrangements, operations, finance, HR, IT and legal. He is responsible for managing the local market management teams and integrating the acquired businesses as well as assessing further acquisitions.
He is a chartered accountant qualifying at KPMG.

Andrew Barron
Non-Executive Director
Andrew has over 24 years of experience in European media and telecoms and has led substantial businesses in PayTV, free-to-air, broadband, mobile, fixed line, satellite, and cable with operations in many European countries under both public and private ownership.
Andrew was previously the Chairman of Com Hem, one of the largest cable companies in Sweden and serves on the Board of Arris. Prior to this, Andrew has also served as Chairman of Primacom, the fourth largest cable company in Germany and held key senior management positions at Virgin Media as well as at MTG, chello media (a division of UPC, now part of Liberty Global) and The Walt Disney Company.

Robert D. Marcus
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Robert is a seasoned media and telecommunications executive. He previously served a number of management positions within Time Warner Cable including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as well as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this Robert held various positions at Time Warner Inc.
Currently, Robert is an Executive Partner at XN LP, a New York-based hedge fund. He also serves on the Boards of directors of Equifax Inc, Newhouse Broadcasting Corporation and several non-profit organisations. Previously, he served on the boards of directors of TW Telecom Inc., Canoe Ventures LLC, the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, C-SPAN, CableLabs, Change the Equation and the Museum of the Moving Image.

Thomas Ebeling
Independent Non-Executive Director
Thomas served as CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE from 2009 until 2018. He has been a member of the supervisory board of Bayer AG since 2012, and in 2017 joined the boards of GfK SE, Cullinan Oncology, LLC and Clear VAT AG. Between 1997 and 2008, Thomas held various positions within the Novartis Group, including CEO of Novartis Consumer Health from October 2007 to October 2008, and CEO of the Pharmaceuticals Division of Novartis AG from 2000 to 2007.

Sangeeta Desai
Independent Non-Executive Director
Sangeeta was FremantleMedia’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer of Emerging Markets until September 2018. As COO, she was responsible for FremantleMedia’s operations across the 29 territories in which FremantleMedia operates and oversaw all investment activity across the group.
Previously Sangeeta held the position of COO at HIT Entertainment and as a Principal at Apax Partners, a private equity firm, where she had responsibility for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments, working with management teams in the media sector globally. Sangeeta has also held positions in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and with J.P. Morgan.

Martin HP Söderström
Independent Non-Executive Director
Martin is an investment executive with a background in private banking, corporate finance and the hospitality industries. Martin currently serves as a partner at HMP, a single-family office which is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and is also the Chairman of DIG Investment, an alternative investment firm and has served in this role since January 1994.
Martin serves as Chairman on the Board of Holm Henning & Partners, a consulting company providing advice on operational and strategic human resources issues.

Tad Smith
Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Smith served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sotheby’s between March 2015 and October 2019. From February 2014 to March 2015, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company, a diversified media, entertainment and sports company. From 2009 to February 2014, Mr. Smith was President, Local Media, of Cablevision, responsible for Cablevision Media Sales.

He is a chartered accountant and also serves as a non-executive director at B Communications, the controlling shareholder of Bezeq, Israel’s largest telecommunications provider.

Richard Malton
Chief Marketing Officer
A sales driven and story-telling marketeer, Richard has nearly 30 years of marketing experience, specialising in the media and advertising industry.
Richard is responsible for creating Ocean’s premium position in the market place and introduced the guiding principle of The Art of Outdoor.
In line with Ocean’s European expansion, Richard is leading the roll out, positioning and alignment of the Ocean brand across multiple markets.
Richard previously worked for a number of blue chip advertising and media companies including Ogilvy and Mather, Scottish Television, ITV and JCDecaux.
